Versace Dylan Blue is a nice cologne. Not the best and greatest cologne, but it’s good enough to get the job done for most situations. The cologne has a fresh and clean smell, with notes of incense and other ingredients that gives it an aquatic/ocean vibe. It lasts about 3 to 5 hours, depending on the environment. I bought it mainly as a nice cologne that I don’t have to worry about using up, because it’s fairly cheap, to be used for my weekend part time job. I have other colognes, but I don’t want to use them for that part time gig.I also find I reach for it sometimes when going to the groceries or doing other errands. It’s the type of cologne that won’t bother a lot of people, but won’t stand out much either so I wouldn’t wear this for a date or special event. It’s not my favorite cologne, but it’s nice to have and an easy wear for casual situations. I’m glad I bought Dylan Blue discounted here on Amazon (sold and shipped by Amazon) instead of paying full retail price for it. The bottle and box have a very dark blue color and had all the details and markings of an authentic product that you would buy at a physical retail store. Not sure I would buy it again since it’s not my favorite, but I’m definitely glad that I got to try it out and own it for far less than what it would cost at a perfume store.

The scent is amazing, nothing too overpowering. Good for a night out or a party. It could be better on longevity though but other than that it’s great.

First Impression: It opens with a complex ambroxan/citrusy scent, and later mellows down into a smooth amber/tonka bean and patchouli scent that is very masculine and enjoyable.Performance: This is one of the few fragrances I own that really sticks to you and stays with you throughout the whole day. When used on my skin, it lasts for 8 – 12 hours, and lasts for 24+ hours on my clothing. I never use more than a few sprays, and it still is noticeable throughout the day.Value: While it is a designer fragrance and comes with the slightly higher price point, this is one of the few that I believe to be completely worth it. The performance and complexity you get for the price is great, and the bottle looks beautiful.Conclusion: This is hands down my favorite Versace fragrance so far. I’ve used Versace Pour Homme and Versace Eros, and this wins for both daily use and romantic wear by a good margin. It’s my most complimented fragrance, but I would advise against over spraying it if planning on using it for business/office settings. This is the first fragrance where I’ve used the entire bottle in less than a year.
Silence –
200 mL of a fragrance is an insane amount. I use it pretty generously when I’m going to be doing sweaty activities (exercise, yardwork, car/bike maintenance), and this bottle will still likely last me four or more years.Definitely my favorite “blue fragrance” out of the most popular ones. Many of my female friends have made out-of-pocket comments about how I smelled (to the point I no longer wear it around them) while wearing this if compliments or seduction is what you’re after.Good dumb-reach fragrance. I wouldn’t exactly consider it a “freshie” since it feels heavier and deeper than a purely citrus scent, but it has the same inoffensiveness that most freshies have.
