I have thick super wavy hair and have been searching for years for something to help define the curl and keep if from frizzing without a crunch feel. this did it. It is heavy and you do have to shampoo twice (which I do anyway) but it does exactly what I need. I wash every couple of days, so when I use this the first day I go curly and then flat iron the second. The flat ironing looks very smooth when I have used this.

I have been using a competitors product similar to this and am shocked at how much better this texturing powder balm works! It gives you that workable texturing feel but also delivers a bit of a shine. I have thin, drab hair and this really does wonders for my styling purpose. I rarely can use anything with shine in it as it weighs my hair down too much. Not this one!

I love this stuff! My hairdresser recommended it to me.It isn’t sticky or hard and helps keep your hair in place and still leave it soft. It also has a light fragrance. I can’t tolerate a lot of fragrance or heavy fragrances, so this is great!

For the product- 5 stars, this stuff is amazing. It has a weird slightly tacky texture but the hold is unlike anything else. Reduced to four stars because I ordered it and the bottle was received completely open with no product left. Got a refund and ordered another bottle and same thing; it came open while in transit and nothing was left in the bottle.

I am so happy my son’s barber recommended this product! It is so quick and easy to use, and so easy to brush out! My son always complained about the hard gel and that it was painful to brush through and wash out. This product solves all those problems! My son has thin hair and this holds his style well, makes his hair appear thicker. Versatile in the sense you can shape the hair almost any way you’d like, as it gives the hair added volume and texture. The product is on the smaller side for the price, but I’m hoping it’ll last us a while. Has a very nice subtle scent.

The media could not be loaded. I have really straight hair that is difficult to style. I have been using pomades and clay that does the job but either makes my hair look crunchy or looses its hold halfway through the day. But hair powder how now entered the chat! Super easy to apply to wet or dry hair in the morning and takes no effort to style my unforgiving hair into the look I am wanting–styled back like a pompadour, or disheveled for that just out of bed look.Powder is very fine so dont waste it. I like to do a few shakes into my hand so I can control how much I am using, instead of shaking directly into my scalp. I massage it into my hair and it literally takes seconds to achieve the style that would normally take hair product, a blow dryer, and some hairspray. Style holds all day and volume stays full. Hair texture with the powder in sort of has a similar feel to what your hair feels like after swimming in the ocean, almost gritty like but very malleable.Amazing value product for the cost, highly recommend!
