I love this brand as a face primer for makeup and find it smooths everything out for a nice application. I’ve been using it for years.

I have no idea what the hype is all about. This goes on very greasy. Even when you let it dry and then apply makeup the makeup collects in every fine line and creases in about 5 minutes (NO JOKE). Now MAYBE if you had really dry skin this would work, but I see it then just collecting in the dry skin and causing the make up to bead up. I am sending this expensive junk back. Cheaper products are better!

I started using this primer years ago, and I still love it as much as I always have. I used to o lay buy it at Sephora, in store. Recently I do not get out as much as I used to and I have started using Amazon a lot to get what I need. This was shipped quickly, and it was the exact same product that I have always used and loved.It creates a nice, smooth “canvas” ion your face, prepping it for the rest of your makeup. So after my moisturizing products, and my under eye serum, I then apply this all over my face before applying make-up. It fills pores to give you a more flawless look, helps makeup glide on smoothly, and helps prevent your foundation from seeping into your pores, being splotchy, or soaking more into dry areas of your face and making you flake. When I use this, my makeup goes on wonderfully! I like the end result of my makeup SO much more because of this product, and I also think it gives my makeup more staying power to last throughout the day as well. I do use a make-up setting spray too though – so it is hard to tell if the primer also helps with staying power or not.I will go to is to use this for sure – I honestly do not like the way my skin looks at all if I accidentally forget my primer and apply my makeup without it. I highly recommend this product!

This is the ONLY primer I will use.. I have tried many many others, but none come close to smashbox. It leaves your skin very smooth, without a heavy feeling, it is so sheer and silky you don’t know that it is there. My skin is very sensitive, and I have never had an issue with this product.

Smashbox makes the BEST primer on market!! It’s so smooth, silky, and light!! I was very happy to see it available on Amazon prime. It was $10 less than Ulta, plus shipping time was faster!! Thanks to this buyer for sending genuine smashbox product at a cost lower than retail stores. I will be buying again in future.
