I bought this webcam for primarily three reasons:1. I desperately wanted something better than the built in MacBook webcam or the current external webcam (the Logitech C270) because both of those did not perform great, especially in low light. I hated how awful my the quality of my picture was on meetings.2. It was made by Anker, who always makes great stuff.3. It was only $60 (actually $50 on sale).Based on the price, I wasn’t actually expecting much… I would have just been happy higher res and a little better low light performance. But man, this thing blew away my expectations. I pulled up the software to configure the camera and the picture looked awesome. Light years beyond what I currently had. I loved the wide angle, but I also loved that you could adjust it so that you could get a more narrow framing. But what about low-light. The best test I could do was getting on a call in the early morning hours, just as the sun was coming up with no lights on and just the light from my monitors shining on me. This camera sucked up every bit of light coming from those monitors and STILL looked great. My only complaint is that I did have a point where the auto-focus went a little wonky. I got out of focus on the frame and it would just not automatically adjust back. I had to move it close toward the camera to get it to recognize me and readjust which was a little awkward since I was on a call. 😀 But this has only happened once so far out of dozens of uses.Really lucked out on this one. Anker comes through again. Highly recommend.

Extremely easy to setup – clear instructions and foolproof ink installation process. Seems great as a printer. Some of lesser used functions don’t work as seamlessly. No scan to email option – so you have to use the app which requires you to scan the file, open it in another app, and then send it. App works well enough but you have to play around with it. Scan to computer is not seamless and when an error occurred it seemed to sit in cancel made for ages until I finally restarted the printer.I tried installing photo paper. Having properly identified it as 4×6 matte paper the printer said it was a mismatch when trying to print a 4×6 photo from the Epson app. Furthermore, it “ate” one of four pieces of photo paper, tearing a hole in it and smudging ink across the page.Jury is out and I will update as I use this printer more.

The picture quality and autofocus is great. The sound quality is OK. The main caveat is that if you are mainly using this camera for Zoom calls, you should know that in most cases, Zoom limits picture definition to “standard definition”, so the wonderful 2K capabilities of this camera are useless on Zoom calls. From the Zoom support website:”For the time being, standard video, not HD video, will be activated when 3 or more participants join a group meeting. HD video (720p) will be activated for 2 participants or when a Zoom Room or Conference Room Connector joins a group meeting. HD video (1080p) will only be activated for selective use cases such as large-format broadcast events.”Also, the Ankerworks software used to control this camera will not work on Windows computers when using Zoom (Anker tech support says it will work on Macs). So, if you want to control the Field of View on the camera, you have to do that in the Ankerworks software first, then close the software and then launch your Zoom call. You cannot adjust Field of View during the Zoom call, which is something I wanted to be able to do.I bought the camera primarily for small hybrid Zoom meetings where I wanted to be able to show the presenter on screen. I learned all the above information from Anker support, which was VERY responsive to my questions/issues.I am still within the time to return the camera, but I elected to keep it because it is still better than using my laptop camera for these meetings (I can aim the camera wherever I want and keep my laptop facing me). Also, this camera is better than many of the other cameras out there that are twice the price based on reviews I have read.If you are using Zoom for just yourself and you have a decent camera on your computer, I suggest just sticking with what you have.Outside of the current limitations on Zoom, this is a wonderful camera with so-so audio quality.

This printer works just as described. This is my first Eco-tank printer and loving it. I had always used color laser but the cost of cartridges just kept getting too high. It was too a point every time I needed to refill all the toner cartridges I could basically throw out the printer and buy a new one. I have nothing but praise for Epson with this product.

If you want the best USB webcam on the market today (as of Oct 2022) and budget is not an issue, checkout the Insta360 Link. But, if $300+ is not in your budget, this $60 camera is probably the best value option on the market. Being able to adjust resolution (360p-2K), angle, and frame (65, 78, 95 degrees) in software is very useful and makes this a particularly good option for teleprompter work. You also get a panel for image adjustments and one for setting the internal mic’s pickup pattern (Directional/90 degrees and Omni-directional/180 degrees). See images. As for the reviewers saying this camera is no longer supported in software, that’s just not true…at least for the Mac. The AnkerWork app is available for download and appears to be regularly updated by the company (I’ve had the camera a couple of months and have received multiple software/firmware updates).

This is a simple plug and play camera with a built in microphone. The two issues I have found is that there is no camera cover and I would like a way to reduce the background span without the use of greenscreen or outside app. I usually use my laptop with built in camera for Teams, Webex, and Zoom meetings, but my 75 year old mother just started chemo and I wanted to do recorded chats with her every week to record a video history of her life so I wanted a better camera. I have been very pleased with the video and audio of the sessions I have already recorded but I have only used it in Zoom but I would imagine the same quality would apply to Teams and Webex. Other than the original two points I would recommend this little camera.

I ultimately returned this camera. Not because it didn’t work, it actually was quite nice. The autofocus adjusted fine, it adapted to low light really well, and it didn’t have a lot of software to download to make it functional (bonus!). However, the color saturation is off. I’m pale, but through this camera I looked sickly. My husband’s skin tone took on a blueish hue. Since I will need to be able to do product demo, I need a more accurate color representation than this camera provided. If that’s not a concern for you, then for the cost, this camera is great!

I’ve had this a long while but never set it up. I’m really uncomfortable with all these gadgets ,but this camera fit on top of my monitor very easily and snugly. I plugged it in and the photo and voice came up immediately, I was really surprise.I’ll need to use it more to determine how fine the picture quality is, but for what I’m doing it will serve it purpose and the price was fantastic!!!!

The printer is very good. Yet the Epson app that one uses to set it up has issues. It is a multi-step app and sometimes the communication between the printer and app (iPhone) stopped. One can work around the issue,if resourceful. However, for someone that is challenged, you will be waiting on the phone for tech support.
