Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque, 16 FL OZ

I bought this item after some intensive research. I originally heard about it from several, and I mean SEVERAL, beauty gurus on YouTube. Then I looked up online reviews and such. In all my research, I read/saw no bad reviews. NONE! I have to say I completely agree.First off, the masque smells AMAZING! It has a tropical, fresh clean scent that is irresistible. The smell is strong, but its not a bad or overpowering smell at all. It leaves a nice subtle scent in your hair after being rinsed out.Second, the deep repair masque works wonders. When you apply it, it coats onto your hair making even wet hair feel soft and lush and thick. It feels a lot like my Biolage Hydratherapie Conditioner (which I love!). However, unlike my Biolage conditioner, the hair still feels lush and soft even after rinsing.This product is a definite buy! It is on the pricey side, but it is SO WORTH THE MONEY!I have damaged hair and spilt ends from coloring and hair that already tangled pretty easily. This product has brought my hair back to life. I’ve been using it for about a month now, and my hair is soft, thick, doesn’t get oily/greasy as fast, is shinier, styles easier, isn’t as frizzy or poofy, and has grown like crazy! This product is a definite MUST BUY.

The tub is really pretty. In fact, to me, it looks like a coconut (Forget the green part of it ). Brown on the outside and creamy white inside. The smell is literally HEAVENLY. Like you guys won’t believe how rich, luxurious and amazing the smell is. The tub comes with directions and it says there that this is an intense repairing mask and thus should not be used more than twice a week. I totally agree with that. You should never overwhelm your hair with products, however amazing they are.I used it twice in the first week that I received it. Then on, I used it once every week. While applying it, at that time itself, hair feels super-duper soft. The directions on the tub says to apply it liberally onto wet hair. The very first time, I shampooed my hair and then applied it. I found my hair to be really dry after it completely air-dried. The second time though, I applied it to wet hair without shampooing and found that my hair had a really soft texture and was easily manageable. So that’s how I have been using it since.The directions say to apply it for 7 minutes. I have timed myself every single time and never exceeded that time limit. However, I did find someone saying that they applied it for 20 minutes and then her hair was much more softer than a 7 minutes application. But well, I am happy with 7 minutes. I apply it only to the lower half of my hair (from the level of my ear and down). I believe that conditioners should not be applied to the scalp, because it’s totally unnecessary. The new hair at the scalp is already nourished by the oils produced by our skin and does not require an external conditioning treatment.I would definitely purchase this again. I highly recommend this product to all. It does what it promises and that according to me, is a great deal!. It will be after quite a while though, because this tub is going to last me a LONG time.

Love this deep treatment. I don’t think this is fake either, if it is, it did a pretty darn good job! Most people will sit here and talk about how products are fake but I have yet to come across a fake product sold by Amazon.The jar was sealed and when I opened it, it had a metallic goldish color to it, very thick and smelled amazing.This is the way I applied his:I shampooed my hair with a sulfate free shampooThen I towel tried it, sectioned my damp hair. Applied this to the sections. I noticed I didn’t need much of the product at all. I would take a quarter size and that would enough for half my hair (I have mid back length hair). I rubbed the product in my hands and applied it to my hair, focusing on the ends. Then I put on a shower cap, I waited about 30-45 minutes and rinsed off.And wow!! Hair felt so lightweight, smooth and looked very shiny. I don’t think my hair ever felt so light before. No weight down what so ever!Then I lightly brow dried my hair and my hair looked very shiny and insanely smooth and soft. You could tell the hair was just so much more healthier. I love this product and can’t wait to use it again!On a side note: I have thick, curly, Indian hair. I do use flat iron, my hair does have some highlights and my hair is dry with some split ends. I am trying to grow out my hair and that’s the main reason I bought this. So I could really repair and moisturize my hair so it’s healthier. I do snip my own split ends. All this will help 🙂 but do love this product!! Glad I bought the 16oz!

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I dyed my hair multiple of times and it became extremely dry and unhealthy looking, to the point family and friends told me to take care of my hair because it was so ridiculously dry! This product saved my hair after 5-6 times of using. Once you open this product, the first thing you’ll notice is the wonderful scent. I’d prefer this product to have a pump for easier use, however I don’t mind much of the bottle. When my hair was unhealthy and dead looking, I would just skip using shampoo and use this product instead. Wet your hair, the more water the easier it is to distribute the product throughout. After applying the whole product everywhere through your hair, I let it sit for 8-10 mins. After rinsing off, you’ll notice that your hair will become much softer. People do notice that my hair became healthier in such a short amount of time!I haven’t try their shampoo which I might look into later on but this repair masque is a MUST have.Pros:- does not dry your hair- successful result after 4-5 times using- delightful scent- didn’t affect the color of my hair dyeCons:- no pump for easier usegive it a try, you won’t regret it!

I have been a huge fan and longtime user of this macadamia deep repair mask. I starting using when I died my hair blonde, and I mean BLONDE, from dark brown and needed some serious nourishment to keep my hair looking and feeling like a scarecrow’s straw hair. I’ve gone back to brunette but still use this product as part of my daily beauty routine. I skip the conditioner and just use this instead. It immediately makes my hair feel like silk detangling my curly mess in the shower and nourishing my curls to be healthier and frizz free with every strand. It’s scent is just as amazing as it’s nourishing power. It creates and invigorating feel when used and but is not over powering once it’s rinsed out. It’s not a very feminine scent so it can easily be used by people of any gender. No nauseating floral scents here. The brand has an accompanying hair oil that I also use instead of hair gel & mouse for casual days. Also a seriously super nourishing product (keeps my hair super sleek for longer when it’s straight and extra moisturized with healthy curls when I’m just jumping out of bed). But I should warn that the hair oil has a scent that is a bit more masculine (think light, yummy, manly cologne). All in all, the deep repair mask is reliable and luxurious and I trust the entire product line to surpass expectations. If you have damaged hair, thin and straight to thick and curly, look no further! I don’t write many detailed reviews, so this proves my love for this product and this brand.

The only deep conditioner I use and I highly recommend if you heat style like me! It gives shine and body while keeping my hair strong. My silk press turns out flawless every time and the great scent is a plus! I added a pic of my hair for reference and this was day 2 of straightening.

Love it! It is the best conditioner that works for my 4A-4B hair that I have found. I don’t have to prepoo or whatever. Just wash with a good cheap clarifying shampoo like Vo5 to get rid of product build up and condition. It detangles well and only 7 minutes needed to condition the hair well. No time wasting heat necessary.

I’ve been using this for awhile and it’s great to use after a protein treatment!

I was my hair every 4-5 days, so I use this every time after my regular shampoo & conditioner. What a difference it has made! My ends look so much healthier and my hair is soooo soft. I tried another deep conditioner a few months ago to save a few bucks, but went right back to this one after a couple of weeks. It’s worth every penny and a little goes a long way. One container lasts me months and I have very long hair.

I’ve been using this product since I was in high school over 8 years. It keeps my color treated hair soft, with a natural gloss, moisturized, untangled, not frizzy and it smells really good. I LOVE this product

I’m a beauty blogger and have tried tons and tons of hair masks since I’m always experimenting with my hair and bleached and dyed it a lot, so I always ended up trying different moisturizing hair masks. This was is by far one of the best as it’s packed with loads of ingredients that are catered to dried and damaged hair. I dyed my hair last summer 4 times in a row (literally) so my scalp was an absolute disaster. I could barely comb it while washing it in the shower and don’t even get me started on all the oils I’d apply before washing my hair. This smells incredible, makes you want to sniff it for hours and immediately breaks down any tangles, stiffness in your scalp and gets the job done splendidly. I like how it’s recommended to apply on damp hair for just 7 minutes and in the mean time I do my other shower steps. A bonus tip from me if you have time: apply on DAMP towel dried hair, place a shower cap over your head, wrap a towel around your head and leave the mask on for a good 30 minutes. This will help the product absorb deeper and provide intense hydration. Great price, amazing smell, does what it promises and the travel size package is a dream package that is easy to take with you on short trips. two thumbs way way up.

This is the only conditioner I use. Works well and smells fresh.
