Derek Lam 10 Crosby, Ellipsis Eau De Parfum Spray Perfume for Women, 5.9 Oz

I love this perfume I always get compliments on it. I used to get it at Sephora put the stopped selling the big bottles. This is half the cost of other places so I was leery to buy. But this is the real deal. It came sealed in its box and smells the same as I bought before. Last all day and still get compliments. Great buy. Great scent.

I thought that this fragrance, initially provided to me a sample, was a great fresh uni-sex sent. (I don’t usually like the strong men’s ahcohol and spices scents. Anyway, this was a bit more fragrant than the sample, so my expectations were not really met. Guess it’s my fault. Also, if your purchasing this specific item, the fragrance bottle is huge. Will never get through this bottle.

Perfume smelled nothing like the product I have been using for 30 plus years. Packaging look old and faded. Extremely disappointed especially since I cannot return the 3 bottles I purchased.

Wow, what a waste of money this was! I have tried Derek Lam’s fragrances at Sephora and none were like this. I have NEVER in my life smelt something this gross that didn’t come out of a human orifice. Seriously, it’s like someone took a huge dump in a toilet and scooped up the water and put a top on it, put it in a package, and sold it. Oh wait, after adding alcohol, I guess to try (?) to mask the smell of human, um, well, I think you know. Seriously, I am so frustrated that this cannot be returned or I can’t get any of my money back, because this is simply disgusting. I feel nauseous and taken aback. How could ANYTHING smell this bad? Much less a perfume?!I’m not sure if this is just a complete fake, super old beyond belief (but I don’t think that would make it smell like, well, it came out of a human, right?), or if this was meant as some cruel joke, but I cannot believe this is allowed to be sold anywhere. And what the heck am I spending so much money on Prime for if I can’t return something that clearly is not suitable for human use? I seriously can’t get over how gross this is and the sellers or whoever made this batch, ugh, someone should be really ashamed of themself for selling this. Oh my goodness, seriously, no one should even consider buying this. Yuck!

All I have to say is WOW! This was a blind buy but I am VERY familiar with what keynotes I’m pulled to and what keynotes I want for a certain occasion or vibe and let me just say I am THRILLED with the purchase ! With both you DEFINITELY get that oud BUT with Oud for Glory, it gives me the masculine sexy vibe I want for a business meeting or when I want to live in my “masculine” energy a bit for the night. It’s still a bit feminine but you wouldn’t wear this to a girls night if you want men to chase you down the street. You know ? HOWEVER for amethyst now THATS a different story ! She is sexy and still “heavy”. It has hints of the fruity sweet scent (if you’re into that) but is balanced so it isn’t TOO sweet. But rather JUST right. I’d wear this on a date, a night out, if I want male AND female heads to turn its amethyst ! Honestly I am soooo happy I got both. And ladies if you are hesitant I would say get both and give oud glory to your man if you feel it is too “masculine” for you. Because it isn’t for me. But then again I also wear male colognes sometimes. So if you are a woman that wears female and male scents. Then getting both is the PERFECT combination ! Wow 😯

The bottle was a great value, but the fragrance was not as described. After you apply it and it dries down, it turns out to be too soft of a fragrance for my taste, I expected a more full scent.

I was reordering and found myself surprised when I noticed how low the star rating for this perfume is. I felt compelled to do something I rarely bother with and write a review. This is my signature. The scent is amazing and very unique. Soft but long lasting, excellent sillage (how well the scent stays in the air around you) and almost impossible to over do, in case you’re a heavy sprayer. It’s classy but youthful. I’m 40 and this perfume tows the line between not smelling like grandma but also not smelling like highschool. It’s also an excellent all day scent. I wear it to work and for date nights. I get a ton of compliments. The price is excellent when you consider both the quality and how long a bottle lasts. I wear it everyday and because of how long the scent lasts I rarely have to reapply. I did have a problem with one of bottles I ordered awhile ago. Idk if it was expired or there was an issue with the formula on that batch but when I contacted the seller/Amazon, they sent me out a replacement no questions asked and the replacement was perfectly fine. Ik not all perfumes work for all people but if I were to vote a scent likely to please the most people, this would be it.

I love the slotted caps through which I can put my utensils, and that the caps can be removed or moved out of the way when I don’t need them. The silverware basket is plenty sturdy and holds all my utensils, including larger things like ice cream scoops and serving spoons. There were more expensive baskets available, but this one worked perfectly for a reasonable price.
