Smell is personal preference, so how can one be objective? You can’t. So with that in mind, this does/does not smell exactly like honeysuckle. Some days, it smells like they just picked the blooms, other days it will smell close, but you know it’s not. I will say I am very fussy about scent, and I love it so much, I bought another bottle. The scent will last hours, but not all day long. It is a very sweet smelling just as honeysuckle is, but for some, it may be too overbearing. I’ve gotten many compliments on the fragrance. I would defiantly recommend this product.

Okay NONE of the reviews did this justice!!!! Y’all, this doesn’t smell like gardenia, or alcohol, or jasmine flower, or other scents that’s commonly used in honeysuckle perfumes. It smells like HONEYSUCKLE!!!! Like you know the little honey drops that we used to take out of honeysuckles and eat as kids?! Yea, that honeysuckle. It smells like the dewy, watery, fresh scent of honeysuckles. So sweet but light. It’s not an overbearing perfume but misty like the real honeysuckles. It’s literally like I’m walking through my childhood neighborhood again in the morning. I put it on after every shower and I go the rest of my day smelling like it. Everyone compliments it. Well I’ve found my signature scent and I hope they never discontinue. Definitely work $20 bucks and I’m a super cheap person so that’s something.Edit: Some ppl said I smell sour? After the flower fragrance fades that’s what it smells like. Also, the bottle leaked out a lot of the perfume.

Ok so I am a major migraine sufferer and I realize not everyone will be bothered by the same scents but this does not give me even a small headache! I am so pleased as it smells just like real honeysuckle and it could last longer but it does last a good 6 hours at least. I do use it a lot. I put it on my sheets also. I hope the manufacturer never changes this formula! I’m obsessed! I haven’t gotten any compliments yet but I haven’t been out too much.

Update:I compared two products, aura cacia which is only $5, and Demeter just lasts longer, and it’s 3 times stronger. One pump demeter’s vs 3 aura cacias to reach that scent projection.Demeter Lavender kicked a$$ at performing better than an aromatherapy product.Original review:There’s a review claiming that this lavender is harsh, it’s not at all! This is an addicting Aura Cacia Lavender scent.I’d recommend buying the essential oil from Aura Cacia. At wholefoods market they have 4fl oz of Aura Cacia lavender body sprays for only $5.03 right now. I’m not sure of their longevity, I’m pretty sure it’ll smell the same. I’ll pick up few of those tomorrow… And will update this review after comparing products for a little while…I’m not gonna return this possibly overpriced product because I’m satisfied with the scent…Never spray this more than once on yourself. This type of scent should not be obviously apparent, but a settle hint for sexiness.

Don’t understand the glowing reviews for this product. I might as well be using tap water. No fragrance at all. Major disappointment.

Overall, it’s an excellent deal with how much product you get for the price. BUT I sprayed it on myself and it smelled like licorice (?) and it didn’t keep for very long, so it rang true with some other reviews I had originally wrote off. I decided to spray it on my bedding instead and it smells like a perfect lavender. Not to mention that it lasts hours longer than the lavender air freshener I have. Either way, I enjoy it.
