The keratin has helped protect and heal my hair from damage. The smell is amazing and they have last me a while. It is perfect for frizz or coarse curls. I am very happy with this product

I was very disappointed. The bottle had a broken pump – it didn’t work at all. The product itself has a thick consistency and there is no way to get it out of the bottle if the pump doesn’t work. So sent it back, but I had to pay for shipping when it should have been exchanged or returned with no shipping fee.

As a Prime Member, I received this product on time, very fast service which I love. However, the pump nozzles on both bottles do not work. The pump tube itself is only about half an inch from the top , there’s no tube extending to the bottom of the bottle. One bottle came with the top of the pump cap embedded in the bottle cap so had to get a pliers to pull it out. I’m sure the product inside is okay but it’s so thick , I have to use a lot of force to get any out.With two bottles having the same issue, how does the mfg expect customers to pump out their product without a long enough pump tube? Very irritating.

Packaging didn’t match picture. However, my hair feels smooth & definitely has a less frizzy appearance even after hot tool use. My split ends also look better. I’ll need to use it for a longer period of time to determine if it repairs hair. You don’t get a great deal of product. I’d estimate with biweekly usage, it might last a month. The results are good enough, I’ll buy again.

I love this product! Have stayed with it even though the squirt pump never works properly. End up having to unscew the pump and “tap” it onto my palm (picture an old ketchup commercial). Works great on my damaged hair but doesn’t make it greasy.

Hi! I wished I would have taken the time to read the comments before I purchased this. It’s a great product 10/10. It’s just the pump that is defective o pressed it for 2-3 minutes and nothing came out. Is there a newer packaging/dispenser I can find instead?

I like this product but I have to use a good amount of it and wish I could buy a larger container instead of having to buy this every month. I have coarse curly hair and it definitely works to keep my curls smooth and tame the flyaways.
