I LOVE CHI shampoo and conditioner, especially the rose hips, and the total protect product…always purchased at Ulta, discontinued, ughhh so disappointing!!!!!But glad I could find it here!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE – the advertised product is of course wonderful. Unfortunately whatever is shipped through Amazon is a lie. The bottle is the same, however the product inside is heavy on the chemical smell, has zero rose smell and is a completely different texture than true CHI products. Had to toss and and make a trip to a local shop to get my product.SCAM.

I have been using the Rosehip Oil Protecting Cream Conditioner and I absolutely love it! Thought this would be a nice compliment but it wasn’t. It smelled nice but it was super drying! So drying that my hair literally started to dry while I was trying to get the excess moisture (haha) off with a towel! It left my hair very coarse. I had to do an intense conditioning treatment to fix it! Can’t imagine this is the real thing!

I wanted this shampoo so badly. the first time I tried it in the salon after coloring my hair . this shampoo is for those who have weak hair. after this shampoo you will feel that the skin of your head is breathing ! this is a very cool tool

I have fine finicky hair that gets easily weighted down. I started using a bumble&bumble product but sometimes could be sticky. This stuff has a great mister pump easy to coat all my hair, and when I dry it with a blowdryer or air dry, it is light smooth, has volume an shines. It is perfect for my at gym shower bag too. LOVE THIS STUFF! Only wish it came refillable.

When I ran out of my chi shampoo, I had to use others & theyd make my hair look clean, but only for about 1/2 a day. Then it’d be oily again. No matter what other shampoo I used, even for oily hair, they were terrible. But chi exfoliate shampoo made my hair look clean, fluffy & a little goes a long way compared to other shampoos. Definitely recommend this one!

I got influenced by an Instagram video and for once, a LEGIT product. I probably wash my hair too often but hey, what can I say, love the shower! My scalp was dry, itchy & flaky. This shampoo is magical! Smells delish, don’t need to use much so it lasts and it does an amazing job of soothing my scalp and not drying it out. So far pretty thrilled!

I don’t know why but every time I use this shampoo massive amounts of color comes out of my hair. I never had this problem with frankly cheaper shampoos. It also leaves my hair feeling tangled and clumped together. I can barely run my fingers through it after using the shampoo. I’m so disappointed, I usually love CHI products.

When I received my shampoo it was packaged in plastic shrink wrap and the lid wasn’t all the way on. It was leaking out already and so much wasted.
