I love that this product came double sealed (was wrapped in plastic then had the original white tab under the lid) so you know for certain the product you’re getting is genuine..that was my main concern, so to see that it made my day. Will definitely be ordering again, thank you!

I had used CHI Infra with great success in healing/reconstructing hair, but was hard to find. I tried this Keratin Shampoo and also the conditioner (CHI Keratin Reconst. Conditioner). NOTE: You only need a little bit of shampoo; let it stay in your hair for about 5 min. while taking a shower so it has enough time to nourish your hair.For the CHI Keratin Conditioner, use a little bit and apply to wet hair and incorporate into your ends and the rest of your hair. Both products — together — should be used to get the most effective care for damaged hair.At first, the Keratin products didn’t seem to absorb into my hair, that had a lot of split ends. However, after 3 days, both this Keratin Shampoo & Conditioner worked well.I have Irish, thick curly hair, and find both the CHI Keratin and CHI Infra products do a better job in being absorbed into your hair, and healing damaged hair, than Nexxus products. I would also recommend Marc Anthony’s Curl Envy if it is really humid, and you want to define your curls, (NOTE: Curl Envy has a strong citrus smell, but does wonders with curls).

I love this shampoo. I used to use an expensive dandruff shampoo with tar that made my hair fall out. I used this shampoo, because I temporarily ran out of mine, and my hair is clearer, shinier, and it unclogged my follicles!!! And you only need a little bit, and it smells great!!! Expensive though… Tried ordering through a different vendor and came right back to Amazon!

I’ve boughten other cheaper brands and always had to return them for leaks. not working right etc. This one I took out of box ran 50 copies and it was crisp clean print. Suggest spend a few dollars more and get the quality.

Since I made the switch to pureology I have been loving it. I use the shampoo & conditioner in combination with the hair mask and my hair is soft, shinny and smells amazing! I noticed I can go 3 days without washing and a little goes a long way with this product also! My hair doesn’t look oily and feel strains after like most products. The price is worth it! I still have more than half the bottle left and I bought this a few months ago! The 21 benefits spray is amazing also! I love that I made the switch.

I would like to say I had an issue with my original purchase and returned it for a refund. Then a couple days later something happened that I’ve never had happen before, I received a phone call from the owner of the company apologizing to me for having a bad experience with one of his products. He was a very nice gentleman who I feel was very sincere about everything he said. He offered to replace the cartridge but I explained I had already bought another one and he still sent me a free replacement.
