Nice stuff, quite economical, smells good. I am not sure if it makes much of a difference, though. I do like the CHI line, which is why this product got the 4 star and not the 3 star.

I always keep a bottle of Chi Keratin Mist in my bathroom. It is a staple product in my hair care regimen. I have African-American transitioning 4 a/b hair. I love this mist because it doesn’t weigh down my fine strands, but it provides just enough strength to allow me to blow-dry or style with heat without incurring a lot of breakage or damage. In my experience, this product works best on damp hair. I use it after I have washed and conditioned my hair. I spray the ends and work my way up to the roots. I have found this product especially helpful during my transition to maintain the multiple textures in my hair. After I have sprayed my towel-dried hair with the product, I follow up with a cream leave-in conditioner/combing cream. This prepares my hair for thermal straightening or simple protective styling (e.g. buns). My hair is always soft and smooth, no matter what leave-in I follow up with. Make sure you don’t overdo it… too much will leave your hair feeling hard.

I’ve been purchasing this for quite a while now as Chi products work very well for my hair. The scent is wonderful too! It’s not too strong but nice and clean smelling. I use it everyday too. It’s also not over conditioning either and I have curly hair. I use this every single day whether I’m wearing my hair naturally curly or before blowing it dry and straightening it. I do have naturally curly hair but it’s more of a curly/wavy. I do not have tight curls. I have normal to dry hair and have it cut into a short bob right now. However I started purchasing this when my hair was very long and it works well on all of it.

I am pleased with the product results. Unfortunately, the scent is awful. Very sweet chemical (defiantly chemical) smell. It’s a shame it stinks like really cheap perfume. The good news is the smell does not last on your hair, just hold your breath and step away from the spot you stood in when applying. Otherwise, it is a good product. Has really helped boost and smooth my fine and easily tangled hair.

I never ever leave reviews. In fact, I think this is my first on Amazon 🤔 Any who! I have very damaged, color processed hair. I’m the girl that legit straightens my hair daily. My hair was so bad I went on a no heat diet for 30 days. It was always in a low bun or side braid that month, but it was very unmanageable and brittle. Today I used this product after showering and I styled my hair with heat for the first time and my hair is beyond SILKY!! It looks and feels so healthy!!!I bought this and the Chi straightening spray. I’m officially a subscriber to this product. Never turning back.
