I love this shampoo for my fine, thin hair. I use it with the moisture mist for detangling, and it’s perfect for me. Love it. But this time when I bought the big bottle through Amazon it came in an envelope rather than a box… EPIC FAILURE! The envelope had been squashed during mailing and exploded inside it’s plastic bag… probably a fourth of the shampoo was all over inside the envelope. Ugh… What a mess! What a waste!

My beauty shop uses this product on me and bought it from them and the second time they were unable to get it due to C-19 so order it from Amazon. It does not dry my hair out and does not make my head itch like some of the others and it is gluten-free too

I have been using this shampoo for years and still love it. My complaint is the lid was not tight and shampoo spilled into the plastic bag. I will keep since I’m out and do not want to wait for a replacement to ship.
