BB Cream Total Benefit Hair Primer by AG Hair Cosmetics for Unisex – 3.4 oz

This review is from purchasing my 2nd bottle of this BB cream. The first I’d gotten from my stylist’s salon. To say it’s cheaper here is an understatement.I love what this BB cream does for my hair. I’ve colored my hair for two (plus) decades, and recently was talked into trying a perm. I’ve had my hair re-permed twice now because I *love* the lose-curl perm that my hairdresser gave me. It suits my lifestyle and my personality well, but he warned me that my hair could become frizzy and dry because of all I’m asking of it. He talked me into buying this hair primer. When that bottle was about gone, I knew I’d be purchasing it regularly.Here’s how I use it: I put five pumps into my palm and emulsify it by rubbing my hands together, then dab it around my head on top and underneath. I squeeze the cream through the strands and make sure to work it all through my hair evenly. I let my hair air-dry while I get ready for work, and by the time I get to the office I can go in the bathroom, turn my head upside down and tousle my hair till it’s dry, then finger-style it. That’s it. For the remainder of the day, I don’t have to give it another thought.The cream doesn’t so much help the perm stay in proper curl – it’s a good enough perm to hold up on its own. The cream helps moisturize my curls and keep them from frizzing into a dried-out halo of hair all over my head and it defines the curl without making me look like a poodle. I’m very pleased with the product and I’m here to order another bottle.

I’ve been buying this for 6+ years ever since my hair stylist used it on me once for a blowout. This product truly does it all! Never weighs my hair down or leaves it greasy. Conditions, protects and prevents split ends it while making it feel thicker. I recommend it to everyone who asks how I keep my hair so healthy and shiny. I can go so much longer between trims and have been able to grow my hair out longer than ever before because of this stuff and I haven’t found anything else like it.I used to purchase at Ulta and they are no longer carrying it – I’m hoping that AG is not discontinuing it. Also disappointed that it now comes in a tube when it used to come in an airless pump (made it easier to know exactly how much I was using). The lid on the tube is cheap and arrived damaged/cracked.

Easy to install, fits 54” decks no problem, people keep talking about the pulley being too small like adjusting belt tensioner doesn’t exist. Literally take a 13mm spark socket (or whatever you use) and call it good when it’s nice and snug. It does tend to make a noise but it’ll buff
