This candle does not burn right the wicks in this candle will not stay lit

This candle had a lovely aroma and burned well til the end , lasting about just over a week of nightly lighting . BUT this morning my dog came to me with a piece of glass in his mouth which I soon discovered was from the glass candle holder . We had blown it out before bed and was at the end of it’s life but was intact then as far as we knew . Bizarrely this morning it must have fallen apart I’m guessing from a crack and landed on my rug in 2 large pieces and several tiny fragments on my unit . I have 3 dogs so the consequences could have been disastrous . Luckily all r fine but am very shocked by this expensive candle . Will not buy again .
