When looking for Christmas gifts, this book popped up in my feeds and I am sure glad it did. I was hesitant if our 5th grade son would appreciate the pages as much as I was hoping he would. With everything going on during this pandemic, he has struggled to cope. Everything in his world seemed to flip upside down…can’t have friends over, can’t go to school, have to school online, extracurriculars cancelled, etc. For a socially active kid, these were hard for him to deal with. We would talk about things, but he needed more. At first he was like ‘yay a book’. But then we talked about the purpose and flipped through some of the pages after others were off playing with their gifts. That night he ‘worked’ through several of the pages and asked if he and I could talk about them. AMAZING progress! He has since worked through more of the book and I’m seeing him slowly begin to use words from the book…positive talk. I would recommend for any parent looking for something to help their child during these unprecedented times and our new normal. Their little brains (while absorbent) are not wired to deal with things like this.If you are looking for a lot of empty lined pages, this is not the book for you. There are numerous guided activities to help your child think about how they deal with things or the people in their lives. Worth the buy, in my opinion. I’m a very pleased parent.

The product does not seem authentic. I received it not sealed. I am not sure if it is safe to use it.

Our 15yo foster brother admits he NEVER does stuff like this. He said he’s s never journaled, mostly because he didn’t know how, but we gifted him this book and he hasn’t set it down. He got to page 40 after a few hours.This book is so interactive and definitely helps with building self-identity, creativity, and learning more about yourself. The interest maps, reflection pages, strength building, and other guided journal activities are a huge hit.10/10 recommend for the teen in your life, especially to help them find themselves and what they like, don’t like, are good at, and what makes them unique.

I installed this several weeks ago and it has been working fine with no additional failures just like the factory fuse. Much cheaper than a tech and an easy fix.

I bought this for my 12-year-old son. He has anxiety and suffers from dysgraphia, which is a learning disability that affects his writing skills. He likes this journal and says that it helps him to relax. He finds it easy to use and write in this journal. I like that it can provide topics for him to discuss with his therapist. While he rates this product a four, I would give it five stars.

We bought these for our niece and nephew for the holidays. The 11 year old nephew really liked it, but the 13 year old niece was indifferent. Not sure if she liked it. But one positive is good!

It is written in and illustrated in a way that makes it engaging for children and teens. The explanations and activity pages are perfect for ages 8-12. Heck I want one for myself!The book was a success with my 11 year old boy. He now does the activities in it daily without me pushing him to do it. It has really helped him realize what growth mindset is and is working on himself. That’s a win in my book.

This book definitely helped my son improve his attitude and remember what to be grateful for.
