I don’t think I will be ordering these types of products with Amazon again. I was lead to believe this was all one order. Instead I received 3 seperate e-mail confirmations and 3 times Shipping Cost. One shipping cost was higher than the product. I was sent a confirmatio that the orders would ship in 1-2 weeks. After I saw that there were 3 seperate order numbers and the outrageous shipping fees, I tried to cancel the same day and was told ALL 3 items had shipped. Two items were from the Same Seller and they sent them in two different boxes to charge two ridiculous shipping fees. They all could have fit in one box. Again, will not be using this service on Amazon again.

I am transitioning from relaxed to natural (4 months post relaxer) and this product is excellent. It interacts with both textures and it detangles the hair. I am not terrified to comb my hair from the fear of it breaking. I recommend this. I used it with the Avlon Keracare Hydrating Shampoo and Humector Conditioner. My hair feels light and it is easy to comb after using after only one use.

I have naturally curly thick hair. This product starts drying your hair out immediately so if your hair is short and you need to dry it fast and help it have springy curls it might work well for you. If your hair is long it may have adverse effects such as frizz and overly-dry hair, like happened to me. Too late for me to return it….

I swear by this conditioner! It leaves my hair soft and shiny. There are more expensive products out there and I have tried them. But none of them are better than this one. It also has a nice, subtle fragrance.
