My 10 year old Samsung washer started to violently shake and walk during the rinse and spin cycle. After checking few articles online, I decided to replace these shock absorbers. There are 4 absorbers – 2 for the back side and 2 for the front.Back side shock absorbers are relatively easy to install. You just need the appropriate tool for it. However, to replace front side shock absorbers, you have to open up the washer machine, take out the front face including controllers, doors etc. to expose and get access to the front shock absorbers. Once they are accessible, it is not that difficult to replace.There are many resources available online that shows how to replace this.The price and the quality of the product is reasonable. I’m happy with the product and highly recommend that if you are doing some repair to your old washing machine, and these parts are accessible, then replace these to give smooth operation of your machine and extend its life for few more years.Save money and environment by these repairs and not replacing the whole thing, specially if you are comfortable with DIYs and a handy person.

This silver ware basket was something we had wanted to purchase for years since most of the areas on our basket have been broken out over the past 10-15 years. We just did not know our dishwasher’s model number and where to get the part. This basket matched our old Kitchen Aid silverware basket perfectly and was priced reasonably at 39.00.
