I love this shampoo. I used to use an expensive dandruff shampoo with tar that made my hair fall out. I used this shampoo, because I temporarily ran out of mine, and my hair is clearer, shinier, and it unclogged my follicles!!! And you only need a little bit, and it smells great!!! Expensive though… Tried ordering through a different vendor and came right back to Amazon!

I’ve boughten other cheaper brands and always had to return them for leaks. not working right etc. This one I took out of box ran 50 copies and it was crisp clean print. Suggest spend a few dollars more and get the quality.

I would like to say I had an issue with my original purchase and returned it for a refund. Then a couple days later something happened that I’ve never had happen before, I received a phone call from the owner of the company apologizing to me for having a bad experience with one of his products. He was a very nice gentleman who I feel was very sincere about everything he said. He offered to replace the cartridge but I explained I had already bought another one and he still sent me a free replacement. As a former business owner & manager of 2 Automotive Parts Stores I know this is how you treat customers with problems. I highly recommend buying anything this company sells and will not hesitate to purchase from them again. Thank you again sir for following up with me! I was nervous bc my hair is not in the greatest shape washed it with the shampoo my hair got stringier then usual and a bit matted. Then when applying conditioner I comb my hair with it hair still felt funny but wasn’t nappy any more washed it out I was telling myself ok imma go bald if this don’t work..but I did other steps bc I also got the chi thermal and other stuff…did those steps blew dry my hair and I was amazed how straight not so nappy my hair is..not any unusual hair loss either…I also flat ironed it a bit later it was silky feeling and my hair feels light. Did this process a few days ago and my hair even still smells like I jus washed it…going to give another updated after a month or 2 to keep track of any hair loss or any other issues but so far love it

Ive struggled with frizzy, dull hair for a while and it would even fall out so much! Brushing it, in the shower, running my fingers through it & I felt bad because my husband would be finding my hair just about everywhere in the house! So I saw a video that apparently hair is suppose to have its own PH balance (something I didn’t know) so I did some research and decided to purchase Chi Shampoo & Conditioner.I AM SO GLAD I DID IT! I’ve been using it for 2-3 months and my hair feels so much stronger, doesn’t fall out as bad as it did, feels smoother & isn’t as frizzy! This is now my go to!!
