I have been looking for a cost effective purple conditioner that doesn’t smell disgusting or dry out my hair – it has taken me forever to find this & I love it! I have really blonde, wavy/curly hair & live in an area with hard water & this conditioner smells great & I can actually get a comb through my hair after using this! Its helps maintain blonde hair & tones out brassiness. It smells great & the bottle I received was huge. Sometimes I use this just as a regular conditioner after shampooing & other times I comb it through it leave it on for at least 10 minutes or so if my hair starts to look a bit orange/yellow…it kind of revives the blonde between coloring.

UPDATE: by the time I was 75% through the bottle my hair was feeling really dry and straw-like. I comb through the conditioner when I’m in the shower and I gave up on this product when I couldn’t get the comb through my hair. I gave it to my daughter, who also has colored hair, and she had the same issues. We both have straight, thick hair.I switched to Aveda’s Blue Malva, and while that smells rather aggressively herbal, it leaves my hair silky and smooth. Two things that I think most people are looking for with the anti-brass products are 1. odor and 2. does it get the orange out.For smell, I think the best way to compare this is to start with what is the stinkiest product, and that’s the Clairol Shimmer Lights. To me, that stuff absolutely *reeks*, and leaves a lingering reek. Ok, having set that benchmark, I can say that the Tigi Catwalk smells much, much better. To me, it smells like sandalwood. No floral, a bit of a candy undertone, but mostly sandalwood. It smells fairly rich when you’re first applying it, but it doesn’t have a lingering, cloying odor.Does it get the orange out? To be fair, I started using this at the exact same time I started using the Marc Daniels Purple Leave-In Toner (which I will also review and it’ll sound pretty similar to this one). So, I can’t really judge the Tigi on its own, but using the two together for what is now 3 washes/conditions/leave in toner, I am seeing a noticeable difference in my highlighted hair.I have ash brown hair as a base color, and it has a *ton* of red/orange tones when lightened. Every time I get it lightened the stylist always has to tone to knock out some of the brassiness (and this has been true for every stylist I’ve used over the past 45 years-cheap, expensive, etc). TL;DR, I have a lot of orange in my hair no matter what. So, having said that, the Tigi/Marc Daniels duo is working really, really well for me. My hair is noticeably cooler and there’s less of an aggravating jump between my normal cool ash base color and the highlights (I’m about 8 weeks from my last highlight, so it’s at its worst right now in terms of demarcation of natural/highlighted).One star off for the conditioner itself not being super smooth. I have long blonde hair and my routine of putting the conditioner in and then combing it through is not so easy with this product-it tends to be “grippy” along the comb, unlike the Loreal Total Repair 5 that I typically use. However, using the leave-in toner afterwards tends to compensate for this lack of smoothness.

(male reviewer)NOTE: I don’t specifically shop for any particular conditioner, shampoos, etc. brands or products, so this review is written with no comparison to other products. Product is used 3-4 times a week. Hair length is shoulder width. I used this product because I had recently professionally bleached my hair then dyed it platinum blonde. I will review 5 categories. Quality, Shipping, Scent, Quantity (how long does the product last), and finally Feel and Texture.SMELL: The scent is decent, and doesn’t bother me much (I almost enjoy it), but it’s no fruits and flowers. So someone smelling your hair might be offended by the scent. 1 starFEEL: The product squirts out similar to certain large bottle lotions (if left unattended, you may need to clear the nozzle end); it’s a bit creamy, but not oily. I primarily use this product to keep my damaged hair feeling less like hay, and more like hair. For the most part my hair usually feels pretty good during the conditioning process and afterwards. 1 starQUALITY: I’d say it does a decent job at keeping my hair from bronzing, but not always. Lastly the conditioning does help with my dandruff. When I use it, I’m clear of flakes 95% of the time for about 2 days. If I don’t use for 3+ days, dandruff returns (I have used other conditioners without similar results, though anecdotal, I would say this helps with that portion of scalp health.) 1 starSHIPPING: Quick and easy, no issues here. 1 StarQUANTITY: This product will last me a little less than a year with 3-4 applications a week. Sometimes I use 2 pumps, sometimes only 1. But I would say it lasts an more than average amount of time. 1 Star

Product came nicely packaged to prevent damage to the element. This igniter does not come with the mounting bracket so the original bracket must be used. This can be replaced to fix a dryer that isn’t heating.Replacement is simple, begin by lifting the top panel of the dryer. Next, remove the two screw that hold on the front panel at the top. Pull the front panel away from the clips. My dryer panel had to be pulled upwards off of the clips to be removed. Once removed, depress the tensioner pulley on the belt to slide the belt off of the motor. This will allow you to remove the drum and get better access to the igniter as the igniter is very fragile. Unplug the old igniter, unscrew the mount and remove the assembly. Unscrew the old igniter from the bracket and screw the new one in until the igniter can not be moved from side to side. Do not overtighten the mounting screw. At this time, wipe off any residue that may be built up on the flame sensor or the flame eye. This is a small piece that is normally right beside the igniter. Also take the time to clean out any lint and debris from inside the cabinet. Finally, carefully slide the new igniter into place and screw the mount in. Plug the igniter in and put dryer back together. Slide the drum into place (this may be easier with two people) and slip the belt back over the motor by depressing the pulley. I would also recommend replacing the belt while you already have the drum out, but it might not be necessary. Place front panel back on and push the top back down into place.****Always remember to disconnect power and shut the gas to the dryer off prior to working on the unit.Front panel also has a door latch sensor that must be unplugged prior to removing the panel. Take a picture or mark these wires to ensure they are plugged back in the proper way.

I use this Violet conditioner with a shampoo that also has a violet tint. Both were created for blondes who get an ash color when their hair is bad. With my naturally white hair (I got the good hair, not the trust fund) my hair always has a vague violet tint. I get compliments all the time.

When our dryer’s ignitor went out, we struggled to find one locally. We have five people using our washer and dryer, so they get used almost daily. We found this one on Amazon. We were not thrilled with the shipping. It didn’t get sent right away and was delayed, and then due to a holiday was delayed an extra day. By this time we did find one locally for $30 more! For a couple days the few items we washed were either dried at a friend’s house or line dried. Finally the part arrived and it was an exact match. Super easy to install and seems to be working perfectly. I can’t tell you about longevity. We haven’t had it that long yet, but overall for the price and difficulty to find, waiting the extra couple days was worth it.

I’ve been using this for a few months and have gone from a “hate you” relationship with my hair to a “look how fabulous my locks can be”. It is a bit pricey, but so worth it. The scent is phenomenal. (I find my nose nestled in my hair more often than is likely socially acceptable.) I recommend treating yourself. You deserve it.

Loads kept shutting off early as heavier items bumped the door. These tightened the seal and fixed the issue. Took less than five minutes to install. Exactly what was needed.

I purchased this to fix dryer door that no longer stay closed on my GE washer/dryer tower. The genuine part number WE1X1192. I went to GE parts website first but they didn’t have this in stock. I am so glad I found this on Amazon, it fit perfectly and it was a super easy fix! I couldn’t believe I wasted months being frustrated with the dryer door popped open while drying. If your machine has the same symptom, don’t hesitate and get this!
