Love the product and waited a LONG time for it to ship. Then it just disappeared off my Amazon purchases. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered the body soufflé again. Waited and received shower gel instead of what I ordered AND what was advertised on Amazon. Nice try, but won’t be purchasing again. Great product, terrible company!

I got a tub from Kohler and it came with a temperature valve and all the chrome finishing that goes with it. I looked for a Kohler valve replacement. To my surprise I found a valve that looks like it would fit. It just happened to be a moen valve. I bought it and it fit perfectly. I strongly suggest buying the moen removing tool that came with the valve. It made it so much easier to install the new one.

It’s always hard removing shower cartridges (I say even though this was my first one) but the cartridge here is half price that of the name brands. While there may be some negative reviews of the longevity of these cartridges they can’t be any worse than the name brand reviews I was seeing. The puller was also effective at getting the old stuck cartridge out.
My wife’s bday is today so I open the package this morning to see what the watch look like and discover it’s an empty box with no watch inside. What is really going on?! –
The device to remove the old cartridge worked like a dream but the shower cartridge itself was a nightmare.The seals for the replacement did not stay on the shower cartridge, it fell off during installation. Subsequently, my water kept running even in the off position. I have to revert back to put the old cartridge by on.
