I had been using the Burt’s Bees Daily Face Moisturizer Cream For Sensitive Skin but decided to try the Hyaluronic Acid type since I’m not getting any younger. The difference was really remarkable. My face feels hydrated and STAYS feeling that way the whole day after I use it. Even with makeup on top of it. I often struggle with my forehead being much drier than the rest of my face and this really keeps my whole face moisturized evenly. I asked a friend (who had no idea I was doing anything different) if my face looked any which way, and he said “glowing”!

But this works great! I saw some bad reviews and was worried about the smell but I love it! Usually my face burns or itched with other brands of face moisturizers so I just never used any (same goes for foundation) but I’m getting to an age when I cant just not use lotion on my face so I figured if I can use their make up then I can use this and I love it! No burning or itching! Finally some relief 🙂

I had been using the Burt’s Bees truly glowing face wash at the time I ordered this, so I assumed the matching lotion would be a good pair. However, it caused several allergic reactions, red hot face. Had to wash off 2 or 3 times (I kept wanting to give it a chance).Skin type: Oily-combo skin, highly sensitiveIts pretty fragranced, the smell was good for the most part.The moisturization was honestly just ok, it definitely left the skin super soft, but not *hydrated*. So I can’t really recommend it for that. I ended up returning it.In short:Hydration: leaves the skin soft, but not hydratedScent: highly scented, scent ok, possibly too much for others (don’t use if sensitive to fragrance)For sensitive skin: probably not

This was purchased for a gift but the boxes are not in very good shape, particularly the smaller one. The lid is even scotch taped.

This is one of the few products that instantly agreed with my skin. The lotion has a mild pleasant scent and soft feel when blends nicely into your skin. My face looked radiant after using for just a few days and my neck was soft with the light wrinkles I have lightened significantly. I use it each morning after toner and it feels so great. I highly recommend this product!
