This product is waxy. It’s great as a base layer if you really need to build your brows. Powder holds over it very well and gives dimension. I love Model Co products but they are an Austrailian brand so being able to buy them on Amazon Prime is so convenient!

I received a sample ModelCo brow pencil in a Birch Box and thought this would be the same but it’s not. It’s OK but it’s harder to apply than the sample I had gotten. Not bad for the price tho.

When I had an issue with this battery it was because UPS left it outside in the freezing cold when it was delivered when I got home to put it in the machine it would hardly hold a charge I informed the company and they replaced it I haven’t had any trouble with it since it. Works great as promised. Thank you for taking care of it.
