Love this product but first one arrived busted up. No bubble wrap or padded envelope. Lost track of time and now too late to return. Second one was packaged much better. This happens far too often with Amazon and is so frustrating!

Just installed it, works as expected, my laptop works great now (will update if it blows up :). It came with two small screwdrivers and a thingy to open the back of the laptop, which is nice; unfortunately, the torx driver was not the right one for my Hp EliteBook 840 G5 (it was a T6, my laptop needed a T8).
