This mascara goes on pretty wet but it dries quickly and didn’t clump or flake. I’m not use to a curved wand, I have teeny lashes and do better with a straight brush. it’s only slightly curved though, but I ended up with a lot on my upper and lower lid that I had to clean with a wet Q-tip. That’s just me, I have minuscule lashes and I’m pretty blind close up, I always do a little better with a straight brush but I knew that going in, not the fault of the product. I do love the results, the formula itself is great, my lashes look full and thick but nicely separated. It stays on all day, I had no little black flakes all over my face like many I’ve tried lately. I had no irritation on my sensitive eyes. I really like this mascara and if you have normal to long lashes you will love this. Probably not the best brush choice for teeny blond lashes like mine. They also make a straight brush mascara I’ll be trying. This one is very good. Recommend

Mascara is always a difficult thing to select. There are so many different brands, colors and types. So many things to consider. Do you want a bold eye? A subtle/natural looking eye? Feathered lashes? But more importantly is just the need to replace your mascara so that you avoid eye infections and discomfort. They say that you should replace every few months. If it clumps, sticks or makes make my eyes water, I switch it out. With that in mind, I thought I’d try this mascara by IDUN.Now, what I prefer. I’m middle age and love, no appreciate natural looking lashes. I like a clean, crisp look. No bleeding or clumping on the lashes. I don’t want to look like I have a fan or caterpillar on my eyes. Guess what, this mascara by IDUN is great!
It is volumizing.
Does not clump.
Has a great curved applicator. Spreads my lashes evenly.
Thickens (with a heavily pigmented color – black) my lashes.
Does not affect my skin (no bumps) or eyes (doesn’t make my eyes water, no redness).
Includes ingredients like sunflower seed oil.Comes in a nice applicator – red and black.
Is easy to remove with a gentle cleanser.
Overall, I am pleased. 4 stars.

I love the brush on this mascara, it coats every lash and the shape really conforms to the shape of the eye and eyelashes. It gets close to the lash line and thickens each hair for a more dramatic look. It does tend to clump a bit if you apply too much, but a quick swipe with a lash comb evens it all out. This is a mascara you will want to wash off at night time. I made the mistake of going to bed without removing and I woke up with mascara flakes/crumbs on my eyes. You’ll also want to be careful while removing, as the makeup will sting your eyes if you get it in them, another rookie mistake I made. So great thick lashes, but wash off and remove carefully every time.

Overall I like this mascara better than many others I have tried. It has a curved, thin brush and goes on easily but it’s rather thick and can get clumpy but I can see why they call it volumizing. It doesn’t do anything for length. This black is very dark and it does cling to the lashes well, especially the bottoms stand out. I like that it stays most of the day and no need for reapplication. It also doesn’t smudge or build up in the corners of your eyes, which is another big plus. There are pros and cons, it’s not the best out there but it’s a good option.

Steaming up from breathing with my mask on happens a little with this mascara and then it does smudge. With usual wear though it doesn’t. The volumnizing does look really good and it goes on my lashes well.

I’m almost at the end of my tube because I use this daily and it has become my favorite mascara. I really like this formula and brush. I haven’t had clumping issues, though now that it’s almost empty, I get a tad bit of it, which I comb out. But it gives me some great volume without giving me spider lashes. I have medium sized lashes (not too short/not too long) and it also gives me some length, which I wasn’t really expecting from a volumizing mascara. It also comes off really well when I use my oil based eye makeup remover. Really, really like this mascara and I will be ordering more soon!
Here is my honest opinion –
This did not wow me. I prefer m6 old brand, Maybelline the Falsies. And it is a lot less expensive.

I realy liked this mascara. The formula is buildable without clumping and the shape of the wand tip adds to the volume of the lashes. In so many mascaras it is really that tip that makes it or breaks it.
