Great product. Been using these for a few years and they worked flawlessly. They never leak and if you follow the instructions and run 2 quarts of water when you install them, they have absolutely no aftertaste. The very easy to install. You just have to Google your refrigerator model and look up how to reset your filter reminder. Again this represents great value for your money.

I purchased it and installed it correctly. When I tried to start engine I realized not all cylinders were firing. Bought OEM 2 days later and it fired right up with no issues. Looking at the comments other people have had the same issue.

Installed this sensor in about 10 minutes. Fixed a misfiring problem I was having on my Mercruiser 5.0. I also replaced the ignition coil while I was in there. Boat starts easier, no longer misfires at high RPM, and doesn’t die when I shift from fwd/reverse. I recommend changing your ignition sensor, distributior cap, spark plugs, and ignition coil every 250 hours or so, it will make your boat run 100% better!

My boat is 2004, manufactured in 2003. The original part looked nothing like this. They don’t make the old style. Mine was fried and hard to get out. I very carefully dug the old one out, in pieces. You have to get every little piece out, to get the new one in. Tight fit. I use very sharp, small wood working chisels to get the pieces out. If you damage the plastic housing, you will have to replace the whole distributor. A whole new distributor is a good idea, I just didn’t want to.
