Nothing fancy here, but you don’t really need anything fancy. It’s a good price for a simple set of counting beads to be used for pace counting. I got this for land navigation with my Search and Rescue team. I used them one weekend already, and they worked great except the one time I apparently forgot to pull the bead for the 100 paces. All in all, a great little product.

Bought as a gift for my gf. She loves Bright Crystal and had run out so I was looking for a reasonably priced set. So glad I didn’t go with the cheaper small set that included 3 items for $20. Sounded too good to be true..it was. A review pic showed the the 3 items next to a bic lighter. They were so tiny. The EDT & 2 lotions all under 1 Oz. The EDT was literally 1/3 the size of a bic lighter. That sealed it. This set arrived fast & came well protected in layers of bubble wrap and sealed in a nice pink gift box. The box says “travel set” and nothing like “sample” or any bs you don’t want to see on a gift. My gf was delighted at the large 3 oz EDT and the 3.4 oz perfumed body lotion. The scent is instantly recognizable. I’ve always paid more in retail stores or online from Sephora. I’m glad that I didn’t waste $20 on the miniature set only to see my gf confused & disappointed face haha. I saw the box on the counter and she said, “don’t toss it yet! Even the box smells great!” It really does! Trust all the great reviews..Bottom line, extremely satisfied with this purchase!

I bought these just for the beads. The cord is some sort of chinese junk and is not military spec in any way, shape, or form. The set is perfectly functional as is, I just wanted something different.The reason I use these Rothco beads specifically is because I can thread two strands of genuine 550 paracord through them to make a really snug set of pace beads I don’t have to worry about drifting on me. The two strands are tight, but if you burn the ends and pull them into a tapered shape you can make them fit.The beads also have a squared off sort of teardrop shape to them, so you can feel them by hand without having to see them and determine how your beads are oriented. If you’re navigating somewhere quietly and your beads are in a pocket to keep them from rattling, this is important. It also means you can easily grip and slide the beads even with gloves on.I use Atwood Rope Company’s paracord and a few snake knots to make my own sets and these are much more functional than the standard ones.

I really like this scent – it has that warm, sensual smell to it without being super musky or manly. It is a very sensual and seductive scent. It smells great on my skin. My husband approves of this fragrance and enjoys it when I am wearing this.I have to admit I was quite disappointed with the overall experience of this perfume because it looked like I got a used one. The hard cardboard packaging didn’t have any sticker protection seal on it so anyone can open the box. I also noticed in stock photos and other people’s photos there is supposed to be a ribbon on the bottle, mine did not. It also looked like someone had spritzed and tested the perfume because you can smell the perfume lingering on the cap and nozzle. Most “new” perfumes that hasn’t been sprayed will not arrive with a smell already on the cap. The bottle also does not have any sticker on it with the mL/fl oz, if it is an EDT or EDP, no information whatsoever like you would expect from most bottles of perfume. I get more information from perfume sample vials than this full sized bottle. The gold display packaging material inside the box was also slightly ripped. I purchase high end perfumes quite often and the overall experience of opening this perfume and seeing the display/quality does not match the price point at all. What I experienced is something I would expect from an under $40 perfume, not this almost $300 bottle of perfume. The price point of this is like that of Dior and Chanel. Those two companies have exquisite and luxurious packaging, and they make it well worth the price paid. This does not give me that vibe at all and is definitely very underwhelming.I don’t like to be critical over packaging but for something at this price, it is the entire experience from the touch to smell, so packaging IS equally as important as the product. I would still recommend this perfume but know that you are pretty much paying for the bottle of perfume because the rest of the experience is lackluster. I am new to Trish McEvoy products but the cheap looking packaging of this perfume completely brought down my impression of the brand.

I am big Trish McEvoy fragrance fan! I own several other fragrances and love them all so I was excited to try Fragrance X.Fragrances are so personal which makes them very difficult to review. I normally go for sweeter fragrances and steer clear of strong florals because they tend to smell dated and old ladyish. Not all of them but some of them are potent and off putting. Fragrance X is a nice balance between floral and a unique spiciness. Initially, I really smell the bergamot, amber and cinnamon. Some might even say the fragrance has a touch of masculinity when first sprayed. As the day goes on, the fragrance gets a bit lighter and I really start to notice the lavender and rose a lot more.As for wear, it’s noticeable enough that someone standing close to you could smell it but not strong enough that it is going to choke everyone in the room. I would say that it’s fairly long lasting. I can still smell it on my skin and clothing at the end of my work day.Both the bottle and outer packaging are nice looking but not necessarily as premium as I would expect from a perfume that cost this much. Nice but not mind blowing or overly fancy in any way.While I would personally never select a fragrance for someone since they are so personal, this one would make a wonderful gift if you just knew that this scent would be loved by the recipient! It is certainly gift worthy and is a truly unique fragrance with its spicy floral scent!!

I can’t give a pure review because the container leaked. I can’t tell you for sure how much of what ingredients leaked. Anyone who knows perfume knows there is the initial smell when you spray it and then there’s the smell you get when you get the dry down, when the bass notes start to come through. Being that the atomizer was loose and some of the perfume had seeped out of the bottle I can’t tell you how much of it remain was dry down or evaporation, what I could smell was good but I can’t even give an adequate judge of its projection with this leak. Alcohol is a main proponent of perfume and it evaporates quickly so what’s left in the bottle I’m just not sure because different components of a perfume evaporate at different intervals. Top notes are Saffron, Bergamot and Lavender; middle notes are Rose, Cinnamon, Myrrh and Sandalwood; base notes are Amber, Patchouli and Benzoin. So it’s a very warm floral scent, probably best for cold weather as a fall or winter scent, something very holiday oriented. I did reach out about the loose atomizer and leaking but was never contacted back!?

Loads kept shutting off early as heavier items bumped the door. These tightened the seal and fixed the issue. Took less than five minutes to install. Exactly what was needed.
