I cannot believe how this slim little bar is so satisfying, but it is. After I eat one, I am not hungry for several hours, which totally amazes me. It tastes good–lightly sweet, crunchy, earthy. I really appreciate the fact that there are no nuts (just seeds) and there is nothing in it that causes inflammation or migraine activity, which is really hard to find. I hope they keep making them. It’s the only protein-energy bar on the market I can eat.

I see a huge mixture of reviews here and I can identify with both ends of the spectrum on the reviews. Yes, these are small. And yes, they are not the best-tasting food in the world. One reviewer stated that these were hard and they should be soft, but these bars were intended to be hard. The apricot Go Raw bar (orange wrapper) is more chewy, but this Pumpkin seed bar is hard and savory and not intended to be sweet and chewy. I personally like both the apricot and pumpkin seed bar, but part of that is because my diet is so limited (due to allergies) that this is one of the only packaged foods that doesn’t contain something I’m allergic or sensitive to. So, if you’re on a very limited diet (gluten and sunflower and chia and dairy-free) there are so few foods out there that you can throw in your bag for a pre-packaged snack, that these are wonderful. If you can eat anything in the world, these might not compare as well. I am a loyal Kenra user. This is a great hair spray. It is a little pricey but well worth the cost. It holds my hair without making it stiff or weighting it down. Washes out easily. Nice smell but not perfumey.

This hairspray is just amazing. It smells great, leaves my hair shiny but not greasy and even though it has a strong hold, it can be brushed through rather easily. I use it on day one after heat styling my hair, in the evening I brush my hair and use heatless curls and they hold, too! Then I use it again in the morning to remove freeze. It’s honestly better than I expected

Kenra’s Platinum 26 is the best finishing hairspray I have ever used, and I’ve tried a lot if them. It feels like the hold is too much at first, but within a short time it feels quite soft. Yet if you go out into the wind and your hair blows, you will find that your hair goes back into place easily. Try it; you’ll like it!

Best hairspray ever! I naturally have thick semi curly hair that doesn’t like to hold heated curls but when I use this directly after curling a section it holds my curl for days , even after a couple brushes. Smells great and gives my hair a beautiful shine. Once I brush it out it isn’t stiff or crunchy either.

I call myself the hairspray queen. I’ve tried A LOT of hairsprays. The Kenra 26 hairspray is the perfect control for my fine hair that gets wind blown by the most gentle breeze and that has lots of stubborn, short flyaways sticking out after I style my hair. Since my hair gets poofy in the hot humid months I do not want a hairspray that adds body to my hair, like the Kenra 25. The Kenra 26 does not flatten out my hair but it helps prevent the poofiness that happens when my hair hits any humidity. It also adds shine. Out of necessity, it does add a bit of texture to my hair, but it’s not stiff. It’s one of the quicker drying hairsprays which is essential for people like me who have naturally wavy hair. If the hairspray doesn’t dry quickly my hair will just revert to it’s natural waves like I never styled it. Although the hairspray holds until I wash it out, it is not the kind of hairspray that is just a nightmare to comb through nor is it particularly drying to my processed hair. I’ve worn it a long time and I don’t really note any scent and I’m usually pretty sensitive to scents.Helpful hint: The 26 hairspray is kind of a unicorn. I’ve encountered very experienced stylists who are familiar with the Kenra 25 but they are unaware that this 26 version exists. If you look for this hairspray in retail stores you may be told that it doesn’t exist or that they don’t have it in stock. Several times I’ve walked on past the employee who told me that and found the hairspray on the shelf in their store.
