This purple shampoo smells lovely, and it works much better than the John Freida version I have, for reducing brassy tones. Got to remember to use conditioner after I rinse this out, though. It does dry out my hair, but everyone’s hair is different.

The purple Biosilk I have used from beauty supply stores/salons is excellent – this however is not the same thing. It doesn’t keep the brassiness out, and it doesn’t smell like Biosilk products do. It also makes your hair extremely dry, which is something the real purple Biosilk does not do. Go get the real Biosilk shampoo (it’s the best purple shampoo to use) and don’t waste your money on this.

Great on colored hair

I have used Biosilk products along with a few others, for many years. The shampoo helps dryness and this cool blonde one does keep color staying true to one’s shade.

Love this shampoo. Have been using it for years. Keeps my blonde frosted hair over natural grey blonde and shiny. Prolongs the color.

LOVE the lemongrass scent to this. In comparing this to their original gold label, this has all of the same ingredients, but more of them so this is more concentrated. Where the Gold Label would be 1x, this would be 1.5x. I started using this and also some internal DHT blocking supplements which consisted of mainly saw palmetto, nettle, pumpkin. This will block the hormones that cause your hair follicles to shrink and make your hair fall out. You should also take vitamins to increase your hair growth too. This shampoo helps it from falling out and the first time I used it, I only had a few hairs in the drain catcher. I do not get the same benefits from using their conditioner though. Pura Dor’s conditioner makes my hair fall out, but I finally found that Viviscal conditioner does not make my hair fall out. It is certainly worth a try and this shampoo works excellent for me. I stocked up and bought a few bottles. Also, because it is the only shampoo in the shower, my son uses it and it has fixed his dandruff too. Pura Dor shampoo is also sold in Costco and Target. When ordering this from Amazon, just know that it is AUTHENTIC and not a knock off. This is SOLD BY Amazon which is completely different than being sold ON Amazon. The pump should arrive locked with the entire bottle sealed in plastic.This shampoo does not cause my hair to be greasy the next morning putting me in a daily washing routine, and I can go a few days without washing with this. You have to leave this in your hair for a few minutes. If you are serious about keeping the hair you have and not losing any more of it, I would highly suggest a DHT blocking supplement to take internally as well. Fixing this from inside and out has worked extremely well for me.I have been using this for a few months now and because it is in the shower, my son uses it too. We both HAD dandruff and since using this, it is gone. It is the lemongrass in this that works for dandruff. If this can’t fix your issue, take some MSM internally daily too. I take the MSM and my son does not. We both use the shampoo but he shampoos more often than I do.

We all have likely different reasons for short or long term hair loss, but I just want to scream from the rooftops how happy I am, to have finally found something that made a difference for me. At 42 ( 7 years ago) I went on a diet to lower my cholesterol. The diet might have been too radical, or the start of my hair loss might have been totally coincidental. My hair was so poofy, he asked if he should put on some Van Halen music:-) After only 6 weeks I feel much more confident, knowing it’s only a matter of time now, before I will enjoy going out again and socialize. I’ve boughten other cheaper brands and always had to return them for leaks. not working right etc. This one I took out of box ran 50 copies and it was crisp clean print. Suggest spend a few dollars more and get the quality.

Got this to replace a 30yr old 632334A carb on my 8 hp Ariens snowblower. Looked identical to the original, but finished nicer! Installed with no problems, and I kept the accessories for future replacement, when necessary. No leaks, and started right up. Fine-tuned mixture and speed screws with ease. I was amazed at the results, and hope it lasts. If this doesn’t last, I will buy a more expensive Chinese-made Oregon carb, since they are the oem parts supplier for defunct Tecumseh now.

Perfect replacement for the 2350dn printer

Works great with my original pilot light gas line and small pinhole piece that inserts into this pilot burner. My old pilot burner would light but then it never sent a signal to the gas regulator to click and open to let gas flow to the furnace.However…thank you to those that provided reviews on the same item made by Robertshaw because I had to modify my original igniter like they said. I had to bend the igniter rod down half an inch so it would strike the cylinder where the pilot gas comes out other wise it was arcing to the top of the flame deflection plate and would not ignite the pilot flame.With this Pilot Burner Safety Switch, once the pilot lights, the igniter stops arcing and about 5-10 seconds later, you’ll hear a click and the main gas will flow into the furnace and ignite. Then you can exclaim to your wife, “I HAVE MADE FIRE!!!”

pilot lights easily with just a couple clicks, i had to move around with screwdriver after install to get to best position air/ gas ratio to much gas wont ignite. pretty easy install

I love BioSilk in itself. I can’t stand when I order a liquid and it leaks. There was no leaking at all because it was sealed great.
